1 Definitions and Interpretations

The following terms used in these terms and conditions shall have the meanings set out below:

  • "Platform" means the ba99punch website, applications, and all related services.
  • "User" or "You" means any person who has registered on or is using the ba99punch platform.
  • "Account" means the user's personal registered profile.
  • "Bonus" means any promotional benefit, credit, or reward granted by ba99punch.
  • "Turnover" or "Wagering" means the total amount of bets required to fulfil the conditions attached to a bonus.
  • "Service" means all types of gaming, betting, and related activities available on ba99punch.

These terms and conditions apply in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, ba99punch's interpretation shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on the ba99punch platform, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
  • Only one account per person is permitted — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Multiple accounts may not be operated using the same device, IP address, or payment method.
  • It is the user's responsibility to keep the information provided at registration up to date at all times.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details, password, and other credentials completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the ba99punch support team immediately.

2.3 KYC Verification

ba99punch reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. You may be asked to provide a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-approved documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Important: Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

3 Age Verification and Protection of Minors

ba99punch is a responsible platform. We strictly ensure that only users aged 21 or above are able to use our services.

  • Providing your correct date of birth at registration is mandatory.
  • If a user is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately.
  • To protect minors, parents and guardians are advised to use appropriate parental controls on their devices.
  • Any person operating an account on behalf of a minor will be considered to have engaged in a prohibited activity.

4 Bonus and Promotional Offer Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ba99punch offers new users a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving any bonus, a 10x wagering requirement must be met before it can be withdrawn. That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳10,000 in bets before you can make a withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

  • Bonuses are only usable on the ba99punch platform itself and cannot be transferred elsewhere.
  • A user may not hold multiple bonus offers at the same time unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise.
  • Winnings earned from a bonus balance can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • ba99punch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be cancelled.

5 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

5.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods on ba99punch is ৳200. We support the following payment methods:

  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • Rocket
  • Upay
  • Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others)

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. The following conditions must be met to request a withdrawal:

  • The account's KYC verification must be complete.
  • Withdrawals are preferred via the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirement for that bonus has not been met.
  • ba99punch reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

5.3 Currency and Conversion

ba99punch processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). All balances, deposits, and withdrawals in a user's account will be displayed in Taka.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all types of betting and gaming activity on ba99punch:

  • A bet that has been placed cannot be changed or cancelled afterwards, unless the rules of a specific game state otherwise.
  • If a bet cannot be completed due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
  • In sports betting, the official announcement of the relevant sporting body (ICC, FIFA, BPL board, etc.) will be considered final in determining match results.
  • ba99punch will not be held responsible for disconnections during live gaming sessions.

6.2 Fair Play Policy

ba99punch is a fair play platform. All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and verifiable. Any attempt by a player or group to deliberately influence the system will be treated as a prohibited activity.

6.3 Special Sports Betting Rules

The following applies when betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA World Cup), kabaddi, and other sports:

  • If a match is abandoned before the scheduled time, all bets on that match will be considered void.
  • Separate specific rules apply for over/under, handicap, and live betting.
  • ba99punch bears no responsibility for any irregularities related to match fixing or spot fixing.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba99punch platform:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Using another person's account or granting others access to your account.
  • Placing coordinated bets across multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses (bonus arbitrage).
  • Using automated bots or scripts to manage games or bets.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.
  • Spreading false information with the intent to damage ba99punch's reputation.
  • Attempting to distribute computer viruses or harmful code.
If evidence of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is found, ba99punch reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by ba99punch

ba99punch may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
  • Suspicious financial transactions or suspected fraud.
  • An order from a court or law enforcement authority.
  • The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support. Before the account is closed, any outstanding balance must be withdrawn through the standard process.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no transaction or login for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts and will be deducted from the balance. Users will be notified in advance by email.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

  • Your personal information will not be sold or transferred to any third party.
  • Payment information is always transmitted and stored via SSL encryption.

10 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

10.1 Service Availability

ba99punch makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service at all times. However, the service may temporarily become unavailable due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. ba99punch is not responsible for any losses incurred during such periods.

10.2 Third-Party Services

ba99punch uses third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). ba99punch does not accept liability for the quality or availability of these providers' services.

10.3 Limitation of Damages

ba99punch's maximum liability shall never exceed the amount of funds held in the user's account. ba99punch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

10.4 User's Own Responsibility

The user bears full responsibility for any financial losses resulting from gaming and betting. ba99punch is not in any way responsible for debts incurred by a user related to gambling.

11 Changes to Terms and Conditions

ba99punch reserves the right to change, add to, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes:

  • Users will be notified at their registered email address at least 7 (seven) days before the changes take effect.
  • The updated terms will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be changed.
  • Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new terms and conditions.
  • If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the right to close your account.
